What information do I need to apply?
We must undertake certain references from perspective tenants. These can include some or all of the following:
- Current Landlord Reference
- Employers Reference
- Proof of Address History
- Proof of Earnings
- Proof of Identification
- A Guarantor
What are the rental terms?
Our standard rental agreement is for a fixed term of 6 months although most properties will be available on a long term basis. Once satisfactory references / checks have been completed we will require a bond which is usually equivalent to a month’s rent to secure the property and then the first rental payment will be due on or before signing the tenancy. At the end of the tenancy the bond will be returned in full subject to the property being in satisfactory condition.
How long will my application take?
Generally we can process an application in a matter of days and providing the property is vacant and we are in receipt of cleared funds we can allow you to have the keys as soon as this is done!APPLY ONLINE
